These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of luzorahaven.com and related services offered by (“Luzora Haven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18+ and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to safeguard your account credentials.
2) Bookings, Payments & Fees
A booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation and payment is authorized or captured.
Prices, fees, taxes, and security deposits (if applicable) are shown at checkout and/or in your confirmation.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for the total due and for additional charges arising from your stay (e.g., damages, extra cleaning, late checkout per policy).
3) Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking and/or in your confirmation. Certain fees may be non-refundable. If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we may offer a refund or rebooking where feasible.
4) Check-In/Out, House Rules & Use of the Property
Follow the check-in/check-out times, occupancy limits, and house rules provided in your confirmation or listing (e.g., smoking, noise, pets, pool rules, parking).
The property is for lawful, residential use only. No parties or events unless expressly permitted.
You are responsible for all guests/visitors you allow on the property.
5) Damage, Excess Cleaning & Keys
You must report damage promptly and may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, extra cleaning, missing items, or lost keys/passes. We may charge the card on file or withhold from any deposit as permitted.
6) Guest Responsibilities
You agree to:
(a) treat the property with care; (b) comply with applicable laws and community rules; (c) notify us of issues; (d) leave the property in good condition upon checkout.
7) Our Role
We list and manage stays for certain properties and may also feature third-party hosts. In some bookings, your accommodation contract may be with the host; we facilitate the reservation and payment. Host-specific terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
8) Content, Reviews & Intellectual Property
Site content (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. By submitting reviews or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display them in connection with the Services.
9) Prohibited Uses (Site)
Do not misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with security, scrape or harvest data, or use the Services in violation of law or these Terms.
10) Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Photos, descriptions, and amenities are provided in good faith but may vary slightly (e.g., maintenance or availability).
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data, arising from or related to your use of the Services or your stay. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the property or Services.
13) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, acts of God, utility outages, strikes, governmental actions).
14) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Site/Services and update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in [Venue/Jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
